A CREATIVE studio BUILT FOR Gaming and Esports.
We make films that embed brands into gaming culture.
Founded in 2023 by Creative Director Tom Newman, a former Call of Duty World Champion, and Executive Producer Becky Williams, a documentary and advertising veteran, CHEW was built with one clear ambition: to make the best gaming content in the world.
The way people consume content has shifted permanently. Millions are venturing into new digital realms of entertainment.
Gamers don’t want more advertising. They want something worth watching.
That's where we step in.
From feature documentaries that "make grown men cry", to global campaigns placing Cristiano Ronaldo alongside the greatest gamers on the planet, we create content that lives at the heart of modern culture.
Our work has played to sold-out arenas, premiered live on Twitch, broadcast on TV around the world and reached hundreds of millions across social. We've helped global brands and publishers connect with the world's fastest-growing communities - creating award-winning work that doesn't just reach gaming audiences. It makes them care.

Tom Newman
Tom was a Call of Duty 4 World Champion until that fizzled away. So naturally, he decided to go into making films instead, because apparently he enjoys pain. Now he's the creative force behind campaigns that make brands millions and documentaries that make grown gamers cry. Tom's the kind of guy who thinks no idea is too big.
He knows the gaming world from the inside because he lived it and breathed it. That insider knowledge mixed with serious creative chops means he comes up with concepts that others wouldn't dare think of.

Becky Williams
Becky thought she had her career figured out - making sensible documentaries and commercials about sensible topics for broadcasters like BAFTA and the BBC. Then the universe had other plans and now she's knee-deep in the gaming universe where people argue passionately about pixel accuracy and sponsorship deals.
She's become the master of translating "wouldn't it be cool if..." into full blown productions and somewhere along the way, she also learned to speak fluent gamer, which nobody saw coming, least of all her.
